Here at Darringtons Pastry, we specialise in gluten free pastries. We understand how hard it can be to find quality & delicious pastries so we're here to help. Our story first started in the Fremantle Markets, in March of 2016. We originally were a standard patisserie but as the passion grew stronger and stronger for gluten free options, we transitioned our business to be 100% gluten free. As our patisserie grew we knew we had to think bigger. We started our planning to move to our own retail store, which opened in November 2018 in Leederville. As a business we then started to specialise in gluten free and allergen friendly desserts, such as vegan, dairy, egg and nut free treats. In April 2019, we announced our transition to become a completely plant based bakery as a goal to be 100% cruelty free. We are now constantly experimenting to deliver the safest and finest hand crafted vegan & gluten free pastries to you!
